With all this rain the garden has been growing at an unbelievable pace, giving me new appreciation for the gloomy skies...

*White Bean Spread
-1 can cannelini beans, rinsed
-1 raw garlic clove
-1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, use as a dip, or spread on sandwiches or pizza.
